David Austin garden roses in full bloom, paired with seasonal eucalyptus, astilbe, and delicate filler stems. Each bouquet features between 15 and 20 stems, chosen for their fragrance and petal count. Available in blush, ivory, and peach tones from late spring through autumn when our rose beds are at their finest.
A loose, unstructured gathering that captures the spontaneous charm of an Irish hedgerow. Cornflowers, sweet William, scabiosa, ox-eye daisies, and ornamental grasses tumble together in a way that feels utterly natural. Tied with natural jute twine and wrapped in recycled kraft paper for a rustic finish.
Our signature autumn arrangement showcasing dinner-plate dahlias at their most dramatic. Deep burgundy, warm coral, and soft apricot blooms are accented with copper beech foliage, seasonal berries, and dried seed heads. Presented in a reusable stoneware vessel crafted by a local Galway potter.
Double-petalled tulips in candy shades gathered with narcissi, ranunculus, and anemones. This cheerful posy heralds the arrival of spring and brings warmth to any room. Each bunch contains around 20 stems, carefully conditioned to ensure maximum vase life of seven to ten days.
The quintessential summer flower, our sweet peas grow up cane wigwams in the sunniest corner of the farm. Their heavenly scent fills a room within minutes. Arranged in a vintage-style glass jar and finished with satin ribbon, this is a gift that appeals to every sense.
Lush peonies in shades of ballerina pink and cream combined with ruffled ranunculus, jasmine trails, and soft green viburnum. Arranged in a low ceramic bowl that serves as a perfect dining table centrepiece. Peonies have a brief but glorious season, so early ordering is strongly recommended.
A carefully curated mix of farm-dried blooms that will bring beauty to your home for months to come. Bunny tails, pampas grass, strawflowers, statice, and lavender in a muted palette of cream, blush, and sage. No water needed, just a dry spot away from direct sunlight to enjoy for up to a year.
Handcrafted on a willow base using farm-dried eucalyptus, lavender, wheat, and strawflowers. Each wreath measures approximately 35cm in diameter and makes a beautiful addition to any front door or interior wall. Because every wreath is made by hand, slight variations add to their individual character.
Even in the quieter months, our farm produces beautiful blooms. Hellebores, snowdrops, and winter jasmine combine with textured pine, red berries, and silver-dusted foliage. This arrangement brings warmth and a gentle woodland atmosphere to the darker months. A thoughtful gift for the holidays or a winter birthday.
A curated selection of the most beautiful blooms from our fields, delivered to your door on the first Friday of every month. Each box contains 20 to 25 stems, a handwritten note about the varieties included, and care tips to keep your flowers lasting as long as possible. Available in 3, 6, or 12 month subscriptions.
For those who prefer a smaller, more frequent delivery, our fortnightly posy arrives every other week during the growing season. A compact but beautiful gathering of 10 to 12 stems, ideal for a bedside table or kitchen window. Enjoy the rhythm of the seasons as each delivery brings something new from our changing fields.
Nothing says late summer quite like sunflowers. Our multi-branching varieties produce smaller, more elegant heads than the standard garden variety, and we pair them with chocolate cosmos, rudbeckia, and zinnias in shades of amber and gold. Tied with hessian ribbon, this bouquet radiates warmth and good cheer.

Our flowers are picked at dawn and dispatched on the same day to ensure maximum freshness. With proper care, most of our bouquets and arrangements will bring you joy for seven to fourteen days. Here are our top tips for getting the most from your Balenqui flowers.
Cut 2-3cm off the bottom of each stem at a sharp angle using clean, sharp scissors or secateurs. This opens up more surface area for water absorption and prevents the base from sitting flat against the bottom of the vase.
Change the water every day or every second day at most. Remove any foliage that falls below the waterline to prevent bacterial growth, which is the primary cause of premature wilting in cut flowers.
Place your vase away from direct sunlight, radiators, and fruit bowls. Ripening fruit releases ethylene gas, which accelerates wilting in cut flowers. A cool hallway or north-facing room is ideal for maximum vase life.
As individual stems begin to fade, remove them from the arrangement. This allows the remaining flowers to take up more water and nutrients, and keeps your arrangement looking fresh and vibrant throughout the week.
